As our Lead Scientist/Engineer, you’ll be a founding team member helping build Rivalia from the ground up. You’ll lead core R&D efforts, work directly with the founder, and play a critical role in shaping our technical direction.

As our first Lab Technician, you’ll support the development and optimization of our rare earth recovery process — from daily lab work to data tracking and setup. You’ll be a key part of our small, fast-moving team.
